Pilot sites - end of project reports

With the conclusion of the pilot projects which took place as part of the Department of Health's NHS Eyecare Services Programme, end of project reports have been produced according to PRINCE2 project methodology.

The purpose of the report is to compare how well the project has performed against its Project Initiation Document. As well as recording the successes of the project, problems encountered along the way have also been recorded in order to learn from and continuously improve the eyecare services provided.
